The power consumption levels of the HIS Radeon HD 4850 IceQ 4 Turbo were about 20 watts higher than that of a standard Radeon HD 4850 when looking at both the idle and stress results.

Despite the overclocking the HIS Radeon HD 4850 IceQ 4 Turbo ran very cool, much cooler than the standard Radeon HD 4850. The stress test temperature of 66 degrees was very impressive, as this made the HIS Radeon HD 4850 IceQ 4 Turbo 26% cooler than a standard Radeon HD 4850 graphics card.
