Over the past week we have spent a great deal of time benchmarking in the new action first person shooter Bioshock. We have found while the results are not always consistent this is a great game nonetheless that provides countless hours of enjoyment. Included in the testing phase are five ATI and five Nvidia graphics cards which have been tested on both AMD and Intel platforms.

Well there you have it, a quick look at the actual difference between the various quality settings and then a batch of performance results using five ATI and five Nvidia graphics cards. Bioshock is an incredible looking game that also offers hours upon hours of fun filled gameplay, and that is all you can ask for when buying a single player game. For those that are yet to check it out, we recommend you download the demo and give that a try; it will also give you a better idea of how well your system may or may not handle this game.
