With S.T.A.L.K.E.R we loaded up the first level and with a stop watch timed how long this took using all three memory configurations. The 2GB kit allowed the system to load the level 17% faster than the 1GB kit which meant the user saved 19 seconds of their life, which would have been otherwise spent watching the extremely static loading screen. Now that 19 seconds can be used to admire the impressive graphic detail found within the level. Moving on, the 4GB configuration was another 17% faster than the 2GB memory kit, saving the user another 16 seconds.

F.E.A.R was significantly faster at loading the first level with 2GB of memory when compared to using just 1GB. Despite showing no frame rate improvements the game loaded much faster with the extra memory. In total the user can expect to save around 40 seconds, making the 2GB kit 58% faster. The 4GB kit was 14% faster than the 2GB kit, though this will only save the user 4 seconds.

Company of Heroes took forever and a day to load a skirmish match with just 1GB of memory! Adding another 1GB of memory saw the 2GB configuration improve load times by 69%, which is obviously a huge improvement. The 4GB kit was again only slightly faster, saving another 3 seconds, though this was a 16% time saving!
