DISCUSS REVIEW

The ASUS Extreme N8800GT (512MB) performance is still impressive in Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts using the maximum in-game quality settings, though it was 16% slower than the 8800 GTX at 1920x1200. Nevertheless the N8800GT was 22% faster than the GeForce 8800 GTS, which was very impressive given it costs much less.

The latest and greatest game added to the mix is Crysis and what a game it is! As good as Crysis is, it is also very demanding and this is evident though the GeForce 8800 GTX performance, as this particular graphics card rendered 31fps at 1920x1200. At this very same resolution the N8800GT was 13% slower than the 8800 GTX and 62% faster than the GeForce 8800 GTS.
