The Cogage TRUE Spirit does well, reducing the overclocked Core i7 idle temperature by 13% to 39 degrees when compared to the ASUS Triton 81. More over, the TRUE Spirit was just a single degree warmer than the Megahalems and TRUE Copper coolers.

Under full load the Cogage TRUE Spirit is not quite as impressive, though it was still 4% cooler than the ASUS Triton 81, which I might add was generating considerably more noise. The TRUE Spirit was on the other hand 16% hotter than the TRUE Copper, as it reached 75 degrees. Still, when you consider that the Megahalems and TRUE Copper are the very best air-cooled products available, the TRUE Spirit did do rather well.
